Take Me Out To The Ballgame…

Grandpa-and-grandson-baseball-game-astros

What could be a better way than to celebrate Father’s Day weekend than going to a professional baseball game?

Papaw and I went shopping first for “Little Man.” He couldn’t be without an Astro’s uniform at the ball park!

We were so excited to see how cute he was going to look in his new outfit.

Here is the first image I took, after he was dressed and ready to go. Two very happy boys.

Of course, he had to show us some of his baseball moves too!

Literally, when he is pitching a ball to you, he goes into the pitcher stance and up the knee comes!

The child LOVES his baseball!! Two years old and knows most of the baseball players names on his favorite team…just unreal!

If baseball is on TV, he stops everything and just concentrates on what is happening on the screen and starts cheering the player on.

We get such a delight watching him, the laughs never stop.

Here is crazy Orbit, the Astro’s mascot. I wished you could of seen Little Mans face. If looks could talk it would be whispering… “What is this?”

But, we always make time for lovin’…even at a baseball game!

“Mom, I can’t see who is up to bat?”…

This is serious business…he had no time for Grammie to be taking pictures!

Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd;
buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don’t care if I never get back.
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don’t win, it’s a shame.
For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out,
At the old ball game.

I hope this put a smile on your face for today.

Have a great week my friends.
