Christmas Time in Hermann Park…

ash-&-luke-christmas-train-shoot

Hermann Park is the place to run your race, play your games, enjoy your music, watch your theater, enjoy your nature, and relax in your peace…to dream your dreams! This poem is carved out on a rock in the park.

These two know how to dream the dreams!! They are a prime example of living your dreams and letting nothing stop you. But you know what we love the best…is their attitude. They don’t let life beat them up and they move on to something positive when life throws them a curve ball. They asked me to capture some serious attitude for the season. All their pictures are of them smiling from ear to ear and they wanted something different in their photo collection. Luke…this one is for YOU♥

To my baby girl and son-in-law, “Luke the Duke” thanks for driving 18 hours to see your parents, it was a perfect day and weekend!

Treasure it always…Mom.

For the rest of you…allow thankfulness to flow fully from your heart today♥

  1. That’s a beautiful park and even better that you got to share it with those you love. That red train is so festive, it’d make a fab card. Merry Christmas Laurie and hope your holidays are awesome. xK

  2. Dear Laurie, you photograph with love. And that is the gift that touches everyone who looks at your photos. You must be the coolest grandmother in town and the most loved mother-in-law too!! Hugs to you and your beautiful family and a very Merry Christmas! Sharon

  3. Stunning shots as usual Laurie. The top one is my most favourite of all. Beautiful! 😀
I am glad you had such a lovely visit. Happy holidays to you and yours hon. *big hugs*

  4. OMG; Laurie, you write and photograph yourself right into my heart. Such a wonderful post again, a true tribute to life, family, love and happiness. The first photo is outstanding, you did a great job on this one. I’m sure Luke was thrilled!

Happy Holidays to You and Yours, Laurie! A big kiss to the handsome Little Man. x

  5. Beautiful collection and what a great gift of a visit – doesn’t get much better. My favorite is the one where they are leaning on the tree. If only the bench had allowed her boots to be seen. Happy holidays to all of your beautiful and handsome family members. 🙂

Please share your thoughts...and thank you for the love!
