I’m not a dermatologist or a researcher, and I am frustrated by the lack of uniformity and ways for consumers to verify the SPF in products they are relying on to keep them safe.

So I’m fumbling along and learning just like you. But to sum it up, my current SPF routine is what you will see in this video.

Plus, I show you a fabulous tool at the end, that has changed my skincare routine!

News on the home front…

We have created a little oasis for the grandchildren!

Grandpa and Grammie, spent last weekend putting together this 100 piece bunkbed. Sigh…

So, while the rest of the country was out having a great time seeing fireworks, we were home having some of our own. Smile…

But, when it was all said and done…it turned out adorable!!

I was even able to find bedspreads, that matched my home decor, but still have that childlike feel. I won’t even begin to tell you, how long this search took!!

What we won’t do for our grands, huh?!

Love the bunk bed and the spreads. We had a day bed with a trundle underneath with each one decorated differently. Sad to say those days are over here so enjoy yours. 🙂
