It Is The Little Moments That Make Life Big…
Hello, my friends!
Our daughter’s family from up North, came down for a couple of weeks.
This Grammie was in all of her glory!
One of the events on the calendar, was to take the babies to see the ocean for the FIRST time!
We headed to Galveston Beach and had a wonderful day.
A storm was brewing…the reason the water was so murky.
The wind was literally picking up the sand and bringing it to shore.
But, it kept the weather nice and cool…so no complaints.
Oh, look how Miss Ahnalise has grown!!!!
We have missed her SO!
Little Man…the reason this blog was even started! He makes my heart beat, just a little faster.
He has changed so much over the last 4 1/2 years, hasn’t he?
Last, but not least…Our Little Miss.
She has me wrapped around her little finger!
Everyday, I rejoice over the bond her and I have.
These eyes…take my breath away.
Mom, “I can’t get the sand off my hands!”…
Can you believe, another JOY will be added to this family in December?

Yes, they grow so fast. Mine are now adult and teenagers; seems like only yesterday they were small.. 🙂
How wonderful you will have another little one to introduce to us (and the beach) in the near future.
There is time for working and time for blogging but time for grandkids takes the #1 spot any day of the week. They grow up in lightening speed so enjoy these very special moments. A day at the beach with the grands is bigger and better than most other days. Congrats on the new arrival. 🙂

Being the lover of good fashion that I am, I must comment on Marisa’s very chic fifities inspired black bathing suit with white sash with black polka dots. positively tres chic! On a more serious note, you have captured the essence of love and beauty with your family. As a grandmother with grown grandchildren I must say to you…Treasure these moments to the fullest because the years pass so quickly. They are wonderful as adults but the dynamics definitely change as the grandchildren grow older. You and Matt are so blessed!
