Love You to the Moon & Back…Life-n-Reflections
Surprise! I bet you thought you would never see “Little Man” at this stage again? Grandma here, is just very sentimental as you well know. This was exactly one year ago this month! How does someone change SO much in one year I ask you? How can this be? So many of our friends have just found Pride in Photos this year and never seen our grandson as a baby. So when the opportunity arose to use these new beautiful Life-n-Reflection textures, I thought I would love to use them on a few of the 1000 photos I took of him when he came to visit last year☺

Tip of the Day for Bloggers/Photographers:
Backing Up the Blog is Essential Today!
We talked about Spring Cleaning our blog a few days ago, but with those changes, it is imperative you backup all the work you just did!
You wouldn’t want to lose all that precious time and effort you just put into your blog would you?
Backing up your WordPress blog takes less than 60 seconds and will save you hours of heartache later if something goes wrong. Back up frequently, at least once every few posts so that you don’t lose them or the comments your readers have left.
Go to Tools>Export>All Content>Download Export File into an External Hardrive.
There are also several back up plug ins that you can download that will do all this for you, if you choose.
It’s the weekend my friend!
Can you go find someone to love…to the moon and back?
We hope Pride in Photos will become your daily retreat for encouragement and inspiration! Just go to the bottom footer and fill out your name and welcome to the family.

Laurie,
He is cutie, the overlays look perfect with these tones. Your photography is always grand!
Adorable! I love the light in his eyes, and his smile and everything. 🙂 Those are lovely photos of your grandchild.
That second picture of him is wonderful (well, they are all) … love the sparkle in his eyes!
Thank you so much for sharing these early pictures of ‘Little Man’! He is just so beautiful!
Kenley
Oh Kenley, thank you so much…he just means the world to me!
I bet he does!! 🙂
He is so absolutely precious! It is amazing how quickly they change and grow!
Always happy to see him at any age. 🙂 I’m such a dummy though, I thought, when I first opened it, ‘he looks younger now,’ lolol
Smacks self on forehead and moves along to the read the rest of the post. 😉
Thank you, Laurie, for giving us our cute smile fix for the weekend!
Blessings ~ Wendy
What a pretty baby! My hubby needs one of those bibs. Not because he drools, but because he thinks it is all about him! 😉
This comment really made me laugh thanks!
such sweet photos of your grandson!!! love Kristy’s textures, especially the first two!
It is amazing how much they grow!! I love looking back on older photos and seeing how much time has changed things. The overlays are lovely.
What beautiful pictures and what a beautiful baby! Thank you fr the backup instructions, I never knew how to do it, and was worried about all the posts. Done it now! 🙂
Gorgeous photos Laurie and thanks for the reminder to backup our blog.
What a sweetheart! 🙂
My Photoshop hasn’t worked for a bit. I need to update so I can take advantage of these cute creations. I like that bib! Cute pics Laurie!
Funny how much they can change! But he still has the same expressions:) Great pics!
So very sweet!!! Can’t wait to have grandchildren!
Aw – just gorgeous! And thanks for the great tip on backing up the blog! Have a beautiful weekend!! : )))
Wonderful textures! I had just heard a horror story of someone who unknowingly violated a wordpress rule and had their entire blog removed, I had been wondering how I might back things up ever since. Thank you so much, I needed that!!
He is just adorable, Laurie, and these photographs are wonderful.
Have a great weekend!
oh, thanks for the back up tip and what a cutie patootie – you are one lucky grandma! Have a fabulous weekend!

so kooOOOOOoooot! No wonder you are proud! 🙂
He is beautiful at any age! I bet you miss him so!
Hi Laurie, Thanks for the tip about the back-up program (I’ve been doing it manually!) Can you tell me, after it exports to an XML file do you have to re-import? It’s a little unclear from the instructions they give. I’m hoping I don’t have to mess with anything that’s already published, you see. Thanks for any help you can give!
No importing, only if computer crashes…then you would have to import it back into your blog.
Great–thx!
I never tire of going back to my kid’s baby photos. Not sure I really miss those days though – I’m loving the years as they get older & we get to do more fun things together & they become more independent. I enjoy how they’ve grown into their own little personalities & have more to share as they get older.
I never thought to back-up my WP posts. Will give it a shot. I wouldn’t want to lose what I’ve created.
Thanks for the tip!
Have a great weekend 🙂
What a loveable baby

Gorgeous little baby!! Why can’t they stay small forever?? Lol
Thanks for the blog advice. I’m gonna do that right now!
Sweet! He’s adorable!
These photos are precious. I agree about Back up. I learned the hard way, what not to do. 😦
Sweet little guy just made me smile out loud! Beautiful!
