Age Proof Your Brain…

Presenting…The Bamboo Wacom Tablet!
Experience. Discover.Share.

Oh happy day…..my parents bought this for me for my birthday!! Thank you Dad and Mom!!!

You might be asking what is it? Well it is hopefully going to make my life a little easier and more fun! It will allow me to create documents that reflect my style and add my own flair. You can add handwritten notes, sketches and doodles. It also allows you to edit your photos with just handes on to scroll, zoom, rotate at your fingertips. For unique photo effects, it comes with the photo filters in Nik Color Efex Pro and the Autodesk Sketchbook Express to draw and sketch. Plus so much more!

The title of this blog is age proof your brain. This is just a small way for me to keep the learning curve growing in my little nogin. They say learning is like Rogaine for your brain: it spurs the growth of new brain cells.”When you challenge the brain, you increase the number of brain cells and the number of connections between those cells, “says Keith L. Black, M.D. chair of neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center In Los Angeles. “But it’s not enough to do the things you routinely do-like the daily crossword. You have to learn NEW things, like Mah Jongg or a new form of bridge.

So here is to learning new things!! I will let you know how this works out for me in future posts.

What are you going to Seek Out as a New skill? I would love to hear from you! Remember it doesn’t have to be something HUGE just NEW for you!

My first attempt at my new toy:)
